WIDE RANGE OF BUILDINGS WITH STANDARD OR SPECIAL DESIGNS

Easy is a panel system utilising steel plates and a vermiculite mineral electrometric insulation covering both inside and out for the best thermal, sound and fire insulation and incorporating a Tyrolean natural exterior cement look finish. Separately designed panels for flooring, walling and roofing make the construction and erection of these buildings unbelievably fast. imageInsulation is second to none with vermiculite mixture on both the exterior and interior of the wall panels.

EZ FLOORING PANEL system for suspended floor is used if a concrete floor slab is not required or not convenient. The diagram here shows a standard layout.
Concrete floor slabs are not always convenient and the easy system is always available where it is not, damp unstable soil conditions. or simply inconvenient to use concrete for any reason the easy flooring system can be safely used. Simply the floor rests on uprights either stone or termite proof timber like cedar wood in not available then termite treated timber will do

The whole system is based on the same panel size and there is minimum shaping and sizing for the installers to do.
The illustrated design shown here utilises an 18 panel floor, installed in one day and ready to be covered and to receive the wall panels which are also installed by their own assembly team.
WALL PANEL SYSTEM
Easy system continues for the walling requirement in the most convenient way with doors, windows and intersecting walls placed exactly where they are required. The system allows total versatility with no restrictions.
WALL PANELS

Strength, weight and insulation is achieved by double insulating external panels with vermiculite. Internal wall linings are to customer’s specifications and are usually melamine covered (waterproof paper) chipboards, block boards or plasterboards if a traditional decorated finish is to be achieved.

PERMANENT VENTILATION
Built in to the external walls is an optional0 permanent ventilation system with vents situated at about floor level inside the building with extractor vents situated at roof level on the outside, this will cause automatic ventilation when conditions are very hot and will not affect the efficiency of an air conditioning system, but will work automatically when air conditioning is not in use.

EZ ROOF PANEL SYSTEM is used for all roof sizes up to aboutimage 10 metre spans this system makes roof installations fast and efficient with no need for roof trusses, providing vaulted ceilings which are advantageous in very hot climate conditions. A real time saver, with the panels laid directly onto the walls no trusses are needed up to a span of about 10m.
For larger spans we generally use steel trusses and for any special building we make steel supports that continue through to the floor base but EZ does not stop there, double story and almost any reasonable size building can be affected with a system of steel trusses and ground supports to enable us to build large buildings like community buildings and conference halls.

Construction

Constructed entirely of termite proofed timber or steel framed panels using a standard size 1.2m x 2.4 m (8’x 4’) this building is available in any design or shape, even double storey.
Floors, walls and roof panel frames are similar in design, easily constructed on site minimising transport costs and erection times.
External walls are sprayed both inside and out with a vermiculite and cement mix for a durable and superb temperature and sound insulation together with excellent fire proofing properties. Internal panel linings are to customer’s requirements, utilising a variety of products including gypsum boards finished and painted for a traditional finish.

Ceilings are vaulted to maximise air space in hot climates and the whole building exhibits insulation properties akin to a refrigerator when completed.

Erection
After transporting minimum volume materials to site, erection is fast and efficient, a typical en Housesuite bedroom unit / office as shown above will typically take 8 days to assemble but with a larger project a unit completion daily is not unusual.

Pricing Depending on the size of contracts, EZ housing can be very cost effective. Square metre costs can start as low as  $30 per sq ft or $315 per sq metre.

Delivery Times Are fast as most manufacturing is done on site.  No waiting for factory production and transport from overseas, for instance delivery to site can sometimes start within one week from receipt of Windoworder.
